Simon JamesBOOTHPassed away peacefully on January 2nd 2023 at the Douglas Macmillan Hospice surrounded by his loving family. Simon aged 52 years of Meir Hay, formerly of Talke Pits. Beloved husband of Tracey, adored and devoted dad of Thomas and Poppy, cherished brother of Nicola, also a loving son of the late Brian and Margaret. Funeral to take place on Tuesday 24th January. Service at St Gregory's R.C Church, Longton at 11am prior to interment at Longton's Garden Of Remembrance. The family would like to thank all the staff on Ward 201 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital and The Douglas Macmillan Hospice for looking after Simon through his illness.
